Her dedication to singing became evident when she was selected by the National Cadet Corps (NCC) to represent her unit in patriotic song competitions, a prestigious honor that recognized both her voice and her devotion to her country. Through these NCC platforms, she showcased not only her vocal talent but also her ability to convey powerful emotions through song, consistently winning first-place awards at annual training camps.

Her musical journey flourished during her college years, where she had the opportunity to perform with the celebrated Kolhapur-based 'Zankar' orchestra, led by the talented Ravikumar and brothers. Known for its rich and soulful musical productions, Zankar was one of the most respected musical groups in the region, drawing large audiences who admired their artistry. Vilasini’s performances elevated her reputation, as her captivating voice resonated with audiences across Kolhapur, blending seamlessly with the orchestra’s skilled arrangements. Her dedication, stage presence, and connection with the audience solidified her place as an emerging talent in Maharashtra's music circles.

• As Alaka S. Rayamane, performed on Kolhapur’s grandest stages, inspiring audiences through patriotic and devotional songs.

• Singing alongside her husband across Maharashtra.

• Invited to sing with ‘Mogara Fulala,’ elevating her musical presence within Maharashtra’s cultural landscape

3. Transformation and Spiritual Devotion

• A significant life change occurred after connecting with ISKCON, where she learned Vaishnava bhajans and kirtans.

• Embraced her new spiritual path by performing devotional music across various Vithala temples, infusing her voice with love for the Divine.
  

4. Initiation and Purpose

• After her formal initiation, Vilasini Devi Dasi embraced her role as a devotee, dedicating her voice to singing the names of the Lord and enriching the lives of those around her.
